Interestingly, the basic observation is that management practices can be traced back from the United States and their dispersal from the US cultural environment can be transcribed on the various cultures across the world for comparison.

Employee motivation is largely a factor of the actual working environment and the effective vulture that the labor industry in a country is established on.
