In all political, social and industrial sectors, leaders have to follow specific rules making sure that the interests of the public/ employees will not be harmed. Current paper focuses on the examination and the analysis of the leadership practices followed by two different leaders: Margaret Thatcher and Tony Blair. Both the above leaders have been related with the political scene of Britain for quite a long period. Their decisions have affected the country’s political, social and financial infrastructure. Their leadership styles and methods will be analyzed and compared trying to identify the reasons why the above politicians/ leaders followed specific patterns of leadership and which have been the consequences of their decisions in the country’s political, social and financial framework.
